5 Sessions on Unanswered Prayer – some topics are: Engaging in the silence, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday…
We’ve had great feedback from others with the Prayer Course. This is course is a follow on, but also is good for those who haven’t been to the Prayer Course and they want to go deeper into some of the whys and whats of our Christian faith.
The format is: food/fellowship (which is great for meeting new people and building parish connections) then a 30 min engaging video, followed by a small group discussion.
If you want further information please contact Ally in the Parish Office by phone or email.
ALPHA COURSE – 2 February 2022
In partnership with All Saints Church, Ponsonby, the parish is running the Alpha Course with our neighbours. Some topics covered by Alpha are: Who is Jesus? Why Did Jesus Die? How can I be Filled with The Holy Spirit? Have you ever asked yourself, “is there more to life than this?” well, Alpha may answer some of your questions, and the big questions in life. Everyone is welcome – Alpha is great for those wanting to know more about Christianity and for those who want to go deeper into their faith.
